HypnoBirthing the Mongan Method is a tried and proven method that guides and prepares the mother and her birthing partner for a peaceful and instinctive birth.

HypnoBirthing is as much a philosophy as it is a technique, based on the belief that all babies should come into this world gently, in an atmosphere of calm and joy.  Through a well thought-out programme of deep relaxation, self-hypnosis , special breathing techniques, visualisations, affirmations and education,  women gain the knowledge and confidence to birth their babies safely and with ease.

The elements of HypnoBirthing can be applied to all areas of life.
